Capecitabine-Induced Hand-Foot Syndrome With Genital Involvement

This case report describes a 59-year-old man with metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma who developed capecitabine-associated hand-foot syndrome with rare genital involvement, highlighting the need to recognize atypical presentations for timely management.
